Management Change - New Managing Director for Sandiacre Rose Forgrove
Simon Lagoe has been appointed Managing Director of Sandiacre Rose Forgrove, the UK's leading manufacturer of vertical form, fill, seal bagging machinery and horizontal form, fill, seal wrapping machinery. Sandiacre Rose Forgrove is part of MPM (Molins Packaging Machinery), the largest packaging machinery group based in the UK.
Lagoe has twenty-eight years of experience in packaging machinery. Having graduated with a degree in materials science, he started his career at Metal Box PLC and then spent twenty-one years with Barry Wehmiller and later BWI PLC. During this time he was Managing Director of BWI KP Aerofill, supplying aerosol filling lines to global customers and Managing Director of BWI Manesty, which later become part of the IWKA group and which supplies tablet production equipment to the worldwide pharmaceutical industry.
In his new role, Lagoe will be responsible for the worldwide operations for Sandiacre and Rose Forgrove.
