Service and Training

flow wrapper servicing, overhaul, retrofits and rebuilds

SERVICE SUPPORT
Our aim is to keep you up and running 24/7. We have a team of specialist service engineers and fully trained agents ready to respond to your post-installation requirements. A network of worldwide agents augments this service by providing first line support for emergency circumstances in remote locations.

Our Service Engineers and Agents:

  • Are located across the globe.
  • Can respond to your call within 24 hours and meet your urgent requirements.
  • Have many years of technical expertise you can depend on, and are trained on all of our products.
  • Are well versed in mechanical, electrical and software issues.

CUSTOMER TRAINING AND CERTIFICATION
We encourage all of our customers to enroll their staff on one of our training courses. All courses are designed to ensure that you reap the rewards from your investment in both personnel and machinery. Experience suggests that the full benefits of throughput and productivity are only obtained using fully trained staff.

Our courses embrace:

  • Initial operator focused training, which is taken at the time of installation.
  • In-depth, 1-day operator focused training.
  • In-depth, 2-day engineer focused training.
  • Refresher training at specific intervals or as required.
  • Specialist/generic training for new personnel.
  • Training to address specific applications.

Depending on the type of course booked, training will be undertaken either by one of our dedicated training instructors or by one of our experienced engineers. Courses can be held either on your premises or, if you prefer, at one of our bases, where a range of machines and resources are available for use.

Certificates are awarded to all who successfully complete a training course. A written report on course attendance and results can also be supplied.

DOCUMENTATION
All of our machines are supplied with comprehensive operating instructions, electrical drawings/parts list, an illustrated mechanical parts list, an installation manual and routine maintenance instructions. Additional copies can be obtained by telephoning one of our Spares Centres (see your Contacts below).

MACHINE SERVICING
All new machines shipped from the factory are provided with a 12-month warranty that covers both labour and parts.

Machine servicing is not generally required during the warranty period but this will depend on customer preference and machine usage. If a machine service is requested then this will be charged at the normal rate.

Further information pertaining to machine servicing can be obtained by contacting us at one of the following locations.

Our Contact Servicing Scheme and its associated benefits are detailed in our Customer Support Pack, which can also be obtained by contacting us.
