Ready Meal Wrapping

at a leading ready meals producer comprises an infeed, film
wrapper and heat tunnel to produce shrink wrapped trays. The

Medical Kits Wrapping
Rose Forgrove produced for a European medical products company
an infeed and wrapper system to package kits with full GMP validation.
The all stainless steel machine gives exceptional levels of
cleanliness and ease of maintenance. It operates at up to 100
packs per minute using a heavy foil laminate whilst adding an
in-line tear strip. The resulting solution meets all the customer’s
requirements for a high seal integrity product produced at speed
in an exacting production environment.

Wet Wipe Flow Wrapping
Rose Forgrove has three flow wrappers at a US producer of wet
wipes. Blocks of wipes are wrapped at 80 packs per minute, in
a pack which incorporates an easy peel, reclosable self adhesive
label over a perforated panel. Excess air is removed by twin
pack padders. The result is a high value package produced reliably
in a 24/7 production environment. |
