Founded in 1901, Rose Forgrove has grown to become a leading designer
and manufacturer of high speed, high quality horizontal form/fill/seal
(flow wrapping) machines (HFFS) and integrated systems for the packaging
of fast moving consumer goods (FMCG).
The company, which is located in a purpose-built facility in Nottingham,
UK, employs a team of professional engineers that use 3-D CAD modelling
to deliver cost effective packaging solutions for all market sectors.
Our manufacturing capabilities include CNC machining, fabrication and paint
shops, and machine assembly and test areas.
Rose Forgrove, which became part of HayssenSandiacre in December 2006, benefits
from a distinct presence and experience in sales and service
throughout the world. This global presence has assisted the business
in achieving growth to the point where it now serves over 60 countries
around the world.
Rose Forgrove’s range of horizontal form/fill/seal machines
includes both rotary and box motion models. The entry level Merlin
and mid-range Minerva models both employ rotary technology while
the top of the range Integra employs box motion technology.
Our project engineering capability enables us to offer a full project
management service for the supply of fully integrated systems.
A variety of commercial terms are available from outright purchase,
through to leasing and rental options.
All of our machines take advantage of Allen-Bradley’s latest
control system technology.
